Cammas Hall Fruit Farm

Cammas Hall Fruit Farm

Cammas Hall Fruit Farm is a fruit farm situated on the Hertfordshire/Essex border offering personal and wholesale catering supplies of fresh fruit & vegetables and seasonal venison.
The farm is run by the Lukies family and has been for the last 125 years. As one of the pioneering 'Pick You Own' farms in the mid 1960's, Cammas Hall Fruit Farm has always prided itself on supplying the freshest fruit, of the highest quality, direct to their local consumers.

Opening hours - Tuesday - Sunday 9am - 6pm

Aswell as soft fruits Cammas Hall Fruit Farm also produce top quality Venison from fallow deer. It is one of the most delicious meats in the world when correctly prepared and cooked. Tough, over gamey or tasteless venison is all too common, I am afraid. Very few people know how to deal with this beautiful meat. The venison we sell is only taken from young deer in season, shot and butchered professionally. Before being taken to a local butcher for preparation the beast is hung in a cold store at 3 to 4 degrees centrigrade for a week to ten days. The best cuts of meat are selected, boned and rolled, before vacuum packing.
